FINEFIRE is built around systems manufactured from cold rolled mild steel, which are required by the environment of the use case. These profiles are designed to form single and double doors, facade, and partitions, delivering a consistent fire-rated steel language across the project.
Using square-cut, snap-on glazing beads and welded steel frames, the system allows complex constructions with clean detailing and reliable performance under fire exposure. The profile family has been tested for fire resistance to recognized international standards and can be configured to meet specified integrity or integrity‑and‑insulation time ratings.

SLIM PROFILES, CLEAN LINES
Cold rolled steel enables narrow 50–60 mm profile depths with controlled wall thickness, creating sleek, minimal frames for fire-rated doors, partitions, and façades while still providing compliant fire separation.
PROVEN FIRE PERFORMANCE
Depending on configuration, FINEFIRE systems deliver 30–120 minutes of fire resistance for integrity, and often integrity-and-insulation, when used with approved fire-rated glass and components, and are tested to recognised BS, EN and comparable international fire standards.
SYSTEM-BASED FLEXIBILITY
One profile platform serves internal and external doors, partitions, and curtain wall–type fire barriers, visually aligning with adjacent non‑fire‑rated façades using compatible gaskets, pressure plates, and cappings while maintaining certified fire performance.
